  • Soy sauce

  • 1 tsp salt

Ground spices
4 garlic cloves, puree
10 red onion grains, puree
2 curly red chili
2 cm ginger
2 galangal cm
1 tsp salt

How to make

  1. Smear the chicken with lime juice and salt, then let stand for 15 minutes.
